I always thought Virtual Reality would look a lot like TRIPPING THE RIFT: THE MOVIE. Minus Chode.Am I weird for saying the chick from Tripping the Rift is hot. And the looks way hotter in Tripping the Rift:The Movie.

Dare I say it? I think the Wii is an example of where the ball is being picked up again for VR, tackling the ergonomic factor first.

Though Darth Shoju's YouTube link shows how the visual component could be done as well. There's other videos out there by the same guy, showing how to do things like the "grab a document on the desktop" thing like in the Minority Report/Johnny Mnemonic, too.

It was a virtual failure. I can only hope it does get done one day. It's the in between step for neural interface.

ACTUALLY... there is one company that is working on "virtual reality" porn. The problem is that to use it you need to buy an expensive body suit that stimulates certain erogenous zones on the body and even worse the graphics suck...

I can imagine cleaning the suit could be ... tricky.

Also, I would hope that renting them would never be an option.
