What's missing from the catalog?

What do you look for or need that no-one makes, or no-one has made sufficiently well?

Have there been any low-level mega adventures for 3.x? Something that takes characters from 1st to 7th or 10th level? I can't think of any.

There are a couple of adventures that take PCs from 1-5, such as Lost City of Barakus, and a few that are usable for PCs from 1-10, such as the Lost City of Gaxmoor and Kenzer's Harvest of Darkness (1-9 actually), but not too many. Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil is for characters from 4-14.

As far as products that no one has done or done well for 3.x, I'd say adventures on the outer planes.

Rules-wise I think there's quite enough books already unless it has a unique concept (such as, say, Chaositech). There are enough "terrain" and "war" books out there to last a lifetime.

A huge city setting say 300 or 400 pages of text with a large 22x34 page detailed map. Something along the line of the old Free City of Haven. This could be published in several pieces to give it a lower entry price or in one big set.

Check out Streets of Silver. It may be what you're looking for.

How good is Barakus?

A random background generator like Central Casting, except updated for d20.

I actually miss my copy of Central Casting. If someone could post a link to some company that sells a PDF or something of it that would be great.

Isn't that what D&D 3.5 is? No? Oh, maybe the miniatures game then. :p
