I love the look of just about all the huges. I did end up with a pride of Fiending T-Rexes. Ugh. Oh well.

I voted for the Warforged Titan simply because it's so darn toy-like. Everyone around the gaming table loves to just pick the lil guy up and fiddle with him - I am no exception. The Behir, treant and the dragons look great but the Titan takes the prize.

Well, I saved voting until now, cause my halfcase just got in! :D

Of the huges I have: Formorion x2 (1 was from the first pack I bought), Treant x2, Cloud Giant, Glabrezu, and a Behir. In fact, the last box made me happy where I pulled my Behir and King Snurre. The Behir has to have my vote for best looking of the ones I have. The texturing of lower scales and it's menacing look put it over the top.

Does anyone know where a good trading place is? My son (who really these miniatures are for) would love a Fiendish Tyrannosaur, and I'd be willing to trade one of my extras. He's three, he doesn't pay much attention to rarity of extras.

Thanks in advance,
Werner

Check out www.maxminis.com Great D&D Minis trading site. :)

Ogrork: Frost Giant is only Large, but its in very high demand because...well, its a FROST GIANT!!

If I wasn't afraid of getting burned with another crappy Huge I'd go hunting for that Behir, cause I just don't get the appeal.

From the picture posted, there doesn't appear to be a lot of color variation on the thing. The red dragon looks better, IMO.

And I don't care for the baby blue color overall. Maybe that's it. I'd have to take a bit of ink to mine to add some darker shadows...
The red dragon is not that impressive in person, IMO. I had one and traded it for a behir (eryndel, try http://www.maxminis.com). It's not very big and the colors are drab. People like the behir, I think, because of its size (they're all on the same size base, but that doesn't mean the minis are the same size), its ready-to-attack pose, and the striking blue coloration (which does make it seem a bit cartoony, I'll admit).

I can't believe you didn't include the frost giant?!? (or is it not huge?). I was very impressed when I saw it and it's going for a fortune on ebay.

The Frost Giant is Large, not Huge, despite the advertising copy. :)

I haven't seen one yet, but I really love the Fire Giant and the Dire Wolf... and I can't wait to see King Snurre!

Cheers!

These minis you're all voting on...

are they particular minis?

If so, that red dragon had best be the Heritage Minis Great Dragon...
