What's the best NPC generating software outthere?

I vote NPC Designer when used in conjunction with DM Genie. But can the latest version of DMG stat block import feature work NPCD's stat blocks? Not sure.

No one has informed me of any errors as of yet, if there are any people just need to do is send me an example of what is needed and what it is doing currently.

Does NPC Designer support books other than the core? The Completes, PHB II, etc.
I am having issues finding an NPC generator that includes books other than the PHB and DMG.
You'd think if one was going to make an NPC generator, it would include new material.

Very few people have invested any serious amount of time or effort into NPC Generation.

As far as WotC data, I am not able to provide such things without WotC breathing down my neck however NPC Designer was created to allow users to create their own material. There is a demo you can download and check out how it works behind the application itself.

Unfortunately, no one, currently, has the license to distribute WotC closed-content material anymore. Anyone that does RPG software for the D&D market (d20 or OGL) is limited to what has been produced as OGC.
