What's the coolest ranged exotic weapon?

Halfling skip rock. TWF you can bounce the rock off of 4 opponents a round at first level! and if you take the war sling you get more range and better damage d6-d8 depending on size, take TWF and rapid shot then your throwing 4 rocks and hitting 8 opponents it just get disgusting really quick.

the repeating crossbow just makes the rapid reload feat obsolete, of course you have to spend a feat to get exotic weapon prof. so no matter what you do your using a feat its kind of silly. As for how to aim with the loader on top? Ever play paintball?

Sorry, should have clarified I meant Wizards Books. Any and all. Going with the flow are there any Wizards books that detail magical guns, I think there's something in the FRCS (at work so can't check) but does anyone know of anything elsewhere? And if there are any Dragonlance experts around does that setting have guns, well their fantasy equivalents. Thanks for the suggestions so far.

I have, and I would have to say that a Paintball Gun (or "Marker" as they are properly called), has an attack penalty of about -10 . But you DO get about 10 attacks per round
