What's the most useless abilities in the game?

The elf's easily forgettable Group Awareness feature. It's become a running joke in our games whenever an elf fails a Perception check and an ally (benefitting from group awareness) succeeds the Perception check. "Look out, I think I didn't notice something..."

Personally I am going to go with whatever you chronically forget to use (does not matter if the power is actually good or not when you never use it). When DMing I forget regen on monsters on half their turns. I started putting the details in the combat tracker I am using to run games so I don't completely forget it. Strange I always forget this but remember it when the monster has funny powers like the shifting ability of kobolds.

Just to add to this, there's the Warlord Lvl 9 Daily, Knock them Down. Sure the initial target dies, but, everyone else gets to knock someone over without damaging them.
