Yes, Yes. It was a short 38 years ago today I was brought into this universe. But a more important time, it was 26 years ago today I got a little red box for my birthday (come to think of it, it was the only thing I got). With it's warrior and dragon on the front and the strange orbs that came with it, I was hooked.
I remember reading the mini adventure that took you into a cave to meet a pretty young girl. And then facing an evil wizard who summoned a magical arrow that killed her. I could picture all this in my head as I read and I couldn't wait to get started. And so I got my friends to put down their Transformers and G.I. Joes (that was hard trust me) and join me at the table for our first adventure (where the carrion crawler under the door killed everyone and they didn't want to play again for a month).
And look what I got this year for my B-day.

So we must celerbrate!!!! The B-day of HM! So I propose a contest! If you wish to play all you need do is roll my birth year at Invisible Castle. First one to hit that magic number recives a very kool gift.
To play just go to IC and list things as the following:
Player Name = Your EnWorld user name
Campaign Name = HMs Bday
# of Rolls = 10
Dice = 1d1972
Then post your results, should be loads of fun. First one to roll a 1972 wins. test run I got 1297 close.
Prize:
If you are one of my players you win a free re-roll each month for the next 12 months. WOW!! (Not usable with LEW games, sorry.) I will post your name and re-roll used not used for the month and the date it needs to be used by in my Signature.
If you are not a player of mine I will ask any DM/GM that you choose to give a character of yours one free re-roll to be used whenever you wish.
