Yeah...I noticed that as well.

My guess is that either 1. They failed to pay a bill with their host or 2. They exceeded the amount of traffic that their host allows.

I would suspect that they'll get things back up once they sort it out.

it was down yesterday as well.

I had browsed it periodically throughout the day, so it had been fine for most of the day. A friend tried to access it later in the evening, and it was down.

This blurb is up at RPG.net:
You’ve heard the term “catastrophic success”? We’re living one right now at the Game Manufacturers Association office. We’ve made so many positive changes to our Web sites, and generated so much traffic on them, that our most recent service provider suddenly said “Woah! This, from GamingReport.com:

here. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. We are securing a provider today who can give us the expanded capacity we need to handle all the wonderful things we are doing online.

Stay tuned, and thank you for your patience with our embarrassment of riches.

Please note – if you have any pressing GAMA, Academy, or Origins-related business today, please call us at (614) 255-4500 rather than sending e-mail.

If any of the GAMA folks are perusing the board, I work for an ISP and application host company in Columbus, and we can probably provide you with better connectivity. Shoot me an email and I'll get you in contact with our sales dept.

Glad to see nothing's wrong!

Thanks for pointing that out gregweller.

Makes you wonder who their host was to just shut 'em down. I would have thought the host would have forced them to a bigger plan or at least "hey, we need to ask you to leave."
