Predators that hunt migratory species would also migrate which creates a lot of opportunities for any carnivorous species to be migratory in specific locales even if not generally migratory.
Assume all cold-based creatures come out of the mountains/arctic to hunt. Yeti, rhemoraz, thanoi, frost giant's, etc all are eager to get down the tasty yummy snacks found in the lands of the receding snows.
By the same token heat-based creatures can show up in the height of summer when the temps are suitably sweltering. Fire giants, salamanders, maybe bands of average.
Then you have the solitary types that only get together to mate and/or need something special to eat (e.g. Peryton needing human/elf hearts)
