Just the barons have four arms...might be demonically infused or aboleth experimentation, I forget.

I go for the frost giants. Sea hags are a close second IF they get a Covent. Otherwise they're just meh...
I read that as Convent...what a scarey thought.

I agree. I ran an adventure where the party was diving on a shipwreck for sunken treasure. They got frustrated because I woundnt just hand them rings of swimming & free action, or necklaces of adaptation and inexhaustible supply of water breathing spells. I gave them plenty of other options for success but they just whined because I wasnt making it easy for them to complete their goal.

I'm totally stealing that - but I might subvert it as well. A monastery of male-seeming monks ... who are actually a whole dark convent of hags in disguise. That would be awesome!
