Okay, the companion to the dump stat poll. What is the stat that more often than not you find yourself assigning the highest value?
Why do you pick this stat for the highest?

any predictions on which will come out top?
I mean, do you think that the demographic here is more inclined to play one type of character?

Dex. Everyone pinks at least a mediocre Dex, including Clerics, as it benefits to PC longevity due directly via a higher AC. Wizards, barbarians, monks, rangers, fighters, they all take at least a 12 if not more to protect themselves with agility. And naturally most parties have a rogue, so I think the stat gets more points than any other, perhaps followed closely by Int for the skill points.

For any character who wears light/no armor I always choose higher DEX over CON. It's better to not get hit at all, than it is to take more hits.

For city/urban campaigns I will boost the CHA to be about even with my primary physical stat. Choosing a multiclassed sorcerer or rogue is my preferred choice in cities.

I'm usually more concerned with the party being balanced than just my individual character. As long as one PC has a high CHA I don't have a problem with people using CHA as a dump stat.
