When did Dungeon switch to 3.5?

What issue of Dungeon did they start using 3.5 stats?

We started previewing the 3.5 rules in Dungeon #97 and #98, in those issues' installments of the Shackled City Adventure Path.

But the whole magazine didn't go All 3.5 All the time until issue #100.

Dragon, btw, started 3.5 with issue #309, I believe.

Yeah, I have issue #309 of Dragon next to me, and it did mark the start of 3.5 rules. Then came the trio of great magazines that covered the updated rules and classes. Lots of great stuff in there.
