According to the latest message from WotC, City of Splendors has been delayed "about a week." DMGII is still scheduled for this friday.

It started arriving at distributors yesterday (that I know of). We may see some in the store today, but I expect a larger shipment tomorrow. WotC lifted the street date on this, telling us to "sell it when you get it."
