I totally agree that the Wizard's website is one of the worst when it comes to structure and information.
It seems to cater to those who want to look at a cool picture, perhaps two pictures if they feel really patient that day.
The website is so bad that the designer would not get any other jobs if he ever put it in his/her CV. And management should be ashamed to have accepted the design and designer.
