Think about what?? Why don't you replace humans with Yuan-ti? They're about as similar as Grippli and Gnomes.

Well, I dislike gnomes. They have no "real" niche in any of my campaign worlds. Tinkerers, masters of illusion, whatever.

Then again, my campaign world is set in a tropical climate. It made more sense to have grippli flitting about the woods and swamps than silly gnome people. I don't think Grippli have Bard as a favored class, either... but maybe they should.

As for replacing humans with Yuan-Ti... it's a good idea. I think that'll be next.
