Where do I get the HP?

OK, two separate but kinda related questions about HP (a yes to one would automatically answer the other, but there might be other options)
#1 I read someone comment in passing (kind of rhetorically) than charisma was the best stat, because there was a feat or class somewhere to add it to anything - hit, damage, ac, saves, etc. Well, I've seen everything except the ability to add it to HP. Is there anything anywhere that does that?
#2 Is there any way to increase the HP of an incorporeal undead. Preferably a feat/class instead fo a spell or item (?), but anything will do.

There's a prestige class called the warrior princess that allows you to add your cha bonus to AC. One of my players found it online a couple of years back- maybe here? Not sure.

As to increasing an undead's hp, the Unholy Toughness SQ gives them a cha bonus per HD just like a living thing gets from con. (Unholy Toughness is in the MM3.)

Incorporeal creatures do it automatically, there's a feat that lets sorc/monks add cha instead of wis, the mystic wanderer (3.0 DotF) does at 1st level. (also, for non-WotC, the Mongoose ultimate feats book included a divine feat to do it, which doesn't seem out of line with the other divine feats)

I even remember reading about the boneclaw. Hmm, that might be too much for a feat, and both creatures that I found that have the SQ are corporeal.

Keep in mind that in order to take unholy toughness you have to be undead, and being undead means you have no con score so your charisma bonus would be the only thing added to your hp.

Ascetic Mage (Complete Adventurer) lets you add your Cha modifier to AC instead of Wis, if you have sorcerer and monk levels.

I thought there was a class or feat that let you add CHA to your AC as a dodge bonus while wielding a finessable weapon. Might have been a 3.0 thing from Sword and Fist though.
