Where have I seen this exotic weapon before?

I believe it is an Elven Blade Bow from Scarred Lands. It is a weapon of the Elves that live in the Hornsaw forest.

Yep it's a weapon of the Broadreach elves.... you can finds stats for them, and other broadreach weapons, in the Hornsaw source book and the Scarred lands player's guide to fighters and Barbarians

Interestingly enough, the Orcish Archer from the Harbinger Minis set has a similar bow! It has blades mounted towards each end, though they are more like mini axe-blades mounted around the bowshaft.

And I thought the two bladed axe was the stupidest thing I had ever seen in a role playing game...

Some silly cartoon or another, I'm certain. What makes for a good bow makes for a terrible haft, and vice-versa.
Even the pike-longbow did not use the pikeshaft for the bow. It mounted the bow at a right angle to the pikeshaft.

I have this, I think it was commision but that they might have had it from somewhere else or draw it from somewhere else first.

Just what is sticking out the front of that bow? Is this D&D or the Spice Channel, here?
