doesn't have encounter powers has power points and augment!

Wow, I didn't think they'd deviate so much from the standard power structure. No encounter powers. Higher-level at-wills instead. Use power points to augment at-wills. Interesting. Reading more.... Hmm, powers don't seem to be in the compendium yet?

BTW, controller, int primary, cha secondary for this build, the telepath psion.

They are a controler with both staff and orb implments...

they have new at wills instead of encounter, but they argument them with power points...

ICK I updated my character builder too quickly or something, it thinks it updated but it didn't download anything, it just instantly went to update installed, it has no new content...
