Where is the Unearthed Arcana SRD?

I think the point with Unearthed Arcana is that it is OGC, except a few copyrighted names of monsters and spells. This means that there is no need to make it part of the SRD. Just use it under the rules of the OGL :).

IIRC, one of the authors of the book posted here and requested people to not make any of the book accessible for free, hence it did not occur.

Cergorach had suggested that he had it ready to go and was waiting for six months to elapse before releasing the OGC in a digital format.

Andy Collins seemed to think any such effort undermined the OGL.

Personally, I would love to have the content in a digital format so I could quickly and easily copy/paste new rules in for my campaign.

Taken from http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=d20/welcome (emphasis is my own).

This site maintains the most current versions of the the Open Gaming License, d20 System Reference Document, the Modern System Reference Document, the Arcana System Reference Document, the d20 System Trademark License, the Open Gaming License, and the d20 System Trademark Guide. It also provides answers to frequently asked questions about them (FAQs).

The Arcana SRD is listed here yet is curiously absent from the SRD page itself.

I am pretty sure that is a reference to the Urban Arcana portions of the d20 Modern SRD. In fact, that section is even listed as "Arcana".

I believe the OP was asking about the OGC portions of Unearthed Arcana.

Don't take this the wrong way but ... do it yourself.

I mean, you don't expect third-party d20 publishers to be obliged to release SRD of their products, do you? Other than declaring what is OGC and what is not, there's nothing in either license that state you must provide SRD. Unearthed Arcana fulfilled the terms of the OGL. It even has the OGL attached to the product.
