Like maybe you know, the psionic power Professor X used to delete Magneto's mind.

Oh, I don't think that needs to be an Epic power. Epic is something like telekinetically lifting a mountain and turning it into a firebomb. Phoenix eating stars, and such. Prof X erasing Magneto's mind would have just been a standard (maybe maxed and empowered) Mindwipe to reduce him to 1st level, and some ability damaging powers to reduce his mental stats all to 1.

Pretty much what Razz said. There's the epic psionic seeds in ELH, but there hasn't been anything published.
Basically, the strategy I used when playing an epic psion was to take a mixture of Epic Psionic Focus, Improved Manifestation, and Improved Metapsionics. The point was you could then stack metapsionic effects and have them be relatively cheap. Note that your manifester level continues to rise, so the limit of power points spent per power rises as well (but your point pool doesn't increase on its own). IIRC, my unbodied psion (ML 30ish) could typically do ~250/target with an Empowered Maximized Energy Missile. I didn't bother with the epic psionic powers, but we weren't using them. Even if they were, I don't think I'd've used them.
