If you don't want to subscribe to a lot of different stores, ebay.com is a good choice. Look for mini options from the same seller so that they will combine shipping. I just bought ~15 minis from ebay.

Note however that eBay prices are seldom as good as what you'll get from stores. Once in a while you'll find a sweet deal, but in general you can do better.
