Where to Report Gas Gouging?

That was my first thought when I saw my first $3.19 yesterday when most other folks were still at $2.99.

Sure enough, though, on the way home a few hours later, everyone was at $3.19.

All I'm saying is don't jump to conclusions. There may not be anything going on after all.

There's a pair of gas stations that I go by if I stop at Taco Bell for lunch. One is one of the least expensive that's close to where I'm at on a regular basis, the other routinely charges $.25/gal more despite being a block away (and so is the most expensive station I see prices at a lot). I haven't figured out how the expensive station stays in business yet; they've been like this as long as I've lived in San Diego (which is over four years now).
