again horacio, you are right.
his characters used to be interesting. but they have ceased evolving, and the more i read the more i realize that each of them is just some aspect of stereotypical human behavior personified and magnified. they tend to lack much in the way of depth.
i suppose that is why i have so much more preferred and enjoyed the song of fire and ice saga from george r. r. martin. the characters in that series have actual personality! also martin is not afraid to destroy his creations. jordan lacks i n this ability, and many others.
