Four to five 3500+xp characters with good stats and combat careers.

And don't think I didn't notice those rat-ogres ...er ogre rats:devil:. To say nothing of the extra tough and dual wielding Black Orcs.

Edit: maybe I just have a dirty mind, but the cover of WGH2 sure makes it look like the troll is making a lewd suggestion to the horrified adventurer.

3500 XP? Did they change the XP system that much from 1e to 2e? Or do you mean 3500 xp across the entire party?

Haven't played WFRP in ages, but AFAIR you payed XP for every 10 points of a skill. I 2ed you pay that many XP for every 5 points of a statistic. Therefor, 3500 xp is 1750 XP in 1ed terms. Still quite a lot :)

So we're talking 33-35 advances per character. In other words, about enough for an Outrider to take all of his advances, become a Scout, and acquire the Skills and Talents of a Scout (but not the advances). So characters about halfway through their first advanced career.

I am pretty sure the "exchange rate" is 100 XP per statistic increase by 5 % or for each talent.
