Which all classes can "mark" that we know

The main point the OP seems to be asking though (by his last line about it possibly being "tedious") seems to imply that he is concerned with all the different ways to "mark" a target and keeping track of it from round to round. Since Quarry and Curse are similiar in this respect (pick a target, keep track of who you picked each round), I think he means to include them.

Hunter's Quarry and Warlock's Curse are not Marks and should not be called such to try and reduce confusion.

Fighters, Paladin and Clerics I believe have been the only classes able to Mark targets so far. Anyone can spend a feat and get a 1/encounter use of the Fighter or Paladin versions though.

As far as I have seen, keeping track of them should largely be the owning player's job. Since it has been made clear that monsters know exactly what the effects are, there is nothing wrong with reminding the DM that you marked a creature before it acts. Color-coded items to throw on the minis wouldn't hurt either (i.e. John has the red Mark).

One would like to think though, a player would be able to pay attention enough to keep in mind who he marked.

Trying avoid starting other threads by semi-hijacking this one: How do you narrate marks?

What descriptive/flavor text to DMs or players use to describe marks, and how does it interact with the 'marks supersede other marks' rules? For example, how does whatever-a-fighter-does to mark wipe the paladin's mark, in terms of narrative/descriptive text? What solutions have others come up with?

How about critters that can mark? As a DM I'm really NOT looking forward to tracking marks, shifting, continuing damage, etc. as I'd like to keep a fast moving game in 4E too.

I think all of the soldier types have some kind of mark ability.

I'm also not looking forward to have many different marks all over the place. I don't want to use special markers for them. If the marking system cannot be used without them, I'll not use marks or replace them with something more intuitive.
