What about doing something in Eberron? You would have the option to do something more Sci-Fi using the magitech concepts. This would allow you the option to create something with possibly a far wider appeal that a straight fantasy D&D line? Course if NetFlix did it we would get Season 1 then 3 years later Season 2

Eberron would make a great basis for a show, although I would refer a Clone Wars esque animated series. Did they ever produce an Adventure Path for Eberron? I know there were a couple linked modules in 3.5 era, and there is an AL Eberron season or two, right?

I have actually thought about this in sufficient detail to outline a series.

My pitch is simple: Undermountain.

Most fantasy stories focus on epic quests where the fate of the world hangs in the balance. In this show, we instead focus on working-class adventurers. They don't go into Undermountain because they need to save the world, but because they need to feed their eight kids, pay off their gambling debts to a criminal syndicate, or buy their way into the nobility. These are relatable, everyday heroes and anti-heroes.

Undermountain itself has a distinct Old School vibe. It's scary and suspenseful. Terrifying monsters, glittering treasure, strange magic, and endless corridors of choking darkness. Death is swift and arbitrary. But not always final.

The Yawning Portal is neutral territory where enemies and allies alike mix and mingle, talk trash, and even romance each other.

I'm totally into more Eberron, mainly because I want to see Sharn realized on screen. Mainly because it never quite feels right in a lot of battle maps.
