Which character sounds the most fun

Samus is a contender because she is less of a killer than the others, but detectives are more fun to play even if they are psychopaths.

I'd like to point out that hunting and killing followers of vecna is about as morally ambiguous as hunting pedophiles would be here on Earth. It might be imbalanced and illegal but it's not psycopathic. He's not Dexter, he doesn't have to kill. He probably enjoys it much more than he has to, but he isn't compelled to do it impulsively.

Yeah, honestly the problem was that I'd probably be starting the character in high end heroic or lower paragon, its just that when I start building characters at that level I get way too into optimization and synergy. I'd probably still take those feats because I HATE missing on attacks, but I would also take some stuff like skill training and maybe some divine feats.

Oh they're definitely useful. I try to aim for half my feats in breadth. Anything more than that and you can feel the effectiveness gap. But any less and you run out of tricks.

Tho if that's just the "first half" of the feats of a 10th level guy, that's OK. Just try to come up with a bonus shtick.

Samus sounds absolutely the most fun out of those three. I wouldn't want to invite either of the grim murder crew to a party.

From a "most fun to play" perspective, it's hard to beat a Changeling with a high Bluff check.

all of them, because all of them are perfect match class race choices... they don´t sound that special for the same reason.

but aside from this, i believe the most versatile character is archi, so i voted for him

So you are under the belief that you can't make a special/unique character unless his race is not optimal for their class? That seems mighty close-minded. I've always been a huge fan of making the character, then making a backstory and personality that fits both the character and what I want from a role-playing perspective.

I suppose I could make Castle a human, or even a dwarf, I just don't really care about his race and don't want him defined by it, so who the heck cares. Elf worked, so meh.

I chose the race/class for archie simply because the idea of both seperately appeal to me and they work together.

And its my humble opinion that all wild mages must be changlings due to the awesome RP possibilities.

Well I have to disagree with that!

My wife currently plays an Elven Cleric. Of Melora.

The character was found by a female Dwarven Cleric with no related Elves within scores of miles and several months solid searching. The female Dwarf is a clan matriarch and she pulled some favours to try to get the child returned to it's family or, at least, extended family.

So the "typical Elven Cleric" speaks Dwarven better than Elven and has only just recently met another female Elf.
