I believe Necromancer Games and Judges Guild will be re-releasing this one sometime next year.

Cool! I loved Caverns of Thracia, ran it twice way back in the day, had a lot of fun both times. I like how the author wasn't afraid to throw some REALLY bad guys in along with the more moderate threats (sometimes a party's just gotta know when to run...).

X1 the Isle of Dread was fantastic! I've been wanting to convert it to 3E, but it never seems to happen, since I have no time. "RETURN TO THE ISLE OF DREAD" would be EXCELLENT, IMO.

Dinosaurs!! Plus it'd have the return of the Rakasta. (I think Lupin first appeared in X2)

Ah yeah boy. X2 Castle Amber. The pinnicle of DnD greatness. It can be dropped in anywhere any time. Cool colorful people. And it's the first epic module complete with a 100HD colossus. All kinds of montey hall powerup goodness, but insanely lethal. Almost crammed full of fates worse than death.

It's got gremlins, lupins, rakasha, sharp sticks.

I've toyed on an off with converting and expanding it in 3e.

BTW, wasn't there a 2e module called Rakasta? Or was it a late basic D&D module? Does it have anything to do with the Isle of Dread?

Against the Giants (G series ?)

Against the Giants was part of the GDQ series. The supermodule GDQ1-7 combined G1-2-3, D1-2, D3 and Q1.

I thought about including each module separately, but many people see all the modules as a connected entity. Still, G1-2-3 is a classic in its own right, I admit.
