Plus, I'd like to vote for "Expedition to Dragon Mountain", athough I'd call it "Return to Dragon Mountain".
I'd really like to agree with this one as well, but that changed title makes it really sound like "Return to Witch Mountain."

But the original box set still has some of my original players from all those years ago still afraid of kobolds in enclosed spaces.

An updated Castle Amber would be fantastic - the original was really a mini campaign arc and would do well with a 100+ page count to flesh it out. Hand wave away everything in the 2e sequel though - horrible.
Tomb of Horrors has been released as a web download, and it's pretty good. I tried running it as a one off a couple weeks ago, and managed a near TPK in the first room. Just like old times.
Barrier Peaks would be interesting, as would the desert series.
The Bloodstone series is missing here... might make for some good epic level gaming?
the one I would buy without even blinking: the OA series. Give us Oriental Adventures!

Although it's not called "Expedition to the Isle of Dread," the Savage Tide Adventure Path that we're starting up in Dungeon #139 has about a third of its 12-part run set on the Isle of Dread...

Hmmm... does this mean that Mystara/Known World is the implicit setting of the adventure?

There is a lot of good stuff to revisit here but my vote would go Expedition to Test of the Warlords. This was a very cool adventure for high level play. Characters get to fight wars, manage dominions, get involved in political intrigue and other stuff suited for adventurers of that high a level. It would really need some work (Alak Dool as a 19th level Wizard with 27 hp just won't cut it ) but the gargantuan trolls would be awesome.
