I don't understand. If I don't want something then I don't buy it. Am I weird or something?

i am playing this game.

and i am a collector of this game.

i may not want them. but to keep up with the current trends and to keep my collection complete i'll buy them

does that explain it a little better?

The only one I'm really even curious about is the PHB II. I'll read some reviews before buying that one.

Luckily, I game at diaglo's place, and therefore and check out books from the diaglo library before making my purchase decisions. Most of the time, this ends up convincing me not to buy.

Ill pick up Complete Psion and Fiendish Codex - unless terrible reviews persuade me not to.
Races of the dragon - My current world is very Dragon Centric - but heavy on homebrew. I will give the book a good lookover.
PBH II - maybe, at least two of my players will by it sight unseen. Ill check out their copy.
There are a lot of boardeline books, and I use the Buzz here to determine what I buy -
I have been very happy with Draconomicon, LoM.
