SRD, but I modify the rolle by circumstance. If the player role-plays out the interaction, I will heavily modify the results.

I know a player that thinks that the Diplomacy "result" should soley be based on what is said by the person trying to charm/calm the target. That's fine if the person is eloquent, but I have some players that are not well spoken and wish to play high Cha characters some times. Should I tell them that they could only play characters with Cha 8 or less? I don't think so.
