I don't know if you missed that bit. Anyway, if it's true, then I'm not quite sure where they've gone. . .And they don't seem to be migrating to 4e . . .
Of the non-anonymous responders, the following percentages are EN World community supporters:
4e - 21%
3e/3.5e 12.5%
Pathfinder 27%
1e/2e OSRIC 17%
What does any of this non-scientific nonsensical rambling mean? Absolutely nothing, probably!![]()
AD&D is awesome!Still playing AD&D![]()
I don't know about Pathfinder itself, but the Pathfinder playing EN Worlders seem to be a bunch of awesome people. At 7 PM Eastern time, I recalculated the percentages using only votes that weren't cast anonymously (for kicks and giggles of course). 246 of 332 votes weren't cast anonymously:
7 (all good)
118 (4e) 47.97%
32 (3e/3.5e) 13.00%
30 (Pathfinder) 12.20%
18 (1e/2e/OSRIC) 7.32%
0 (Hackmaster)
3 (C&C)
13 (Combo 4e+3e or Pathfinder)
11 (Other fantasy RPG)
10 (non-fantasy RPG)
4 (No RPGs)

246
The percentages are relatively similar to the totals counting "anonymous" votes. So about half of us who responded play 4e exclusively.

Although I do think everyone should step up more and support the site by becoming a Community Supporter...![]()
I wish I could vote for multiple options, but having to pick between 3.x and PF, have to vote for PF. Locally, there seems to be a pretty decent upswing in PF interest, with some lagging 4e interest over the last while (I don't actually know anyone in the area playing 4e).
