Which Greyhawk elements were taken out of "Age of Worms"

I've read somewhere on these forums that originally

The Free City = Greyhawk
Manzorian = Tenser

Am I mistaken, or are there other names in Age of Worms that were originally Greyhawkian? Was there any reason for changing the names?

Go to Paizo Publishing's site and download their "Age of Worms Overload" document. That should help you. It gives an overview of the entire campaign plus information on adapting it to Wizards' 3 campaign settings.

Those are the only three things I changed, and they are easily added back. The original outline had several more adventures in the Free City with lots of political intrigue involving the Thieves' Guild, the Wizards' Guild, the Seekers, and the Directing Oligarchy, but the Adventure Path is probably better off without that stuff, as it should be far more about the adventures themselves than upon the setting. The campaigns work best, as a publishing venture, when they are useable by the largest number of DMs, which means that they are used routinely in games featuring the Forgotten Realms, Eberron, and home brew settings.
