Which is better F&F or Frostburn?

One or the other. I don't think I'd want both. Which is better Frost and Fur or Frostburn?

I haven't had the chance to fully read Frostburn yet, but from what I have read, the two books actually complement each other quite well. If I had to choose between one or the other, I'd probably go with Frost & Fur over Frostburn just because it is more complete and encompassing.
