Which Item/Where is it?

I'm trying to find the specifics for a magical item, but I can't remember which book it's in. Can someone help me? I think it's a rod.

When you push a button, the armour/equipment stored within is automatically transfered onto your body. Essentially, it lets you fully equip in one round.

I've been scouring my books for days and I can't find it anywhere.

We converted that from a rod to a brooch (DM's suggestion) but it only held armor. So you'd tap your chest like star trek and BANG you're wearing everything. We called it flash-armor. I believe it was a total Marvel Comics rip-off.
