you forgot Where the Wild Things Are!
Maurice Sendak wrote the first monster book i ever owned. you have to homebrew the stats, but if you're lucky, your dinner will still be warm when you're finished.
i too am a sucker for monster books, so chalk me down for Tome of Horrors, Monster Manual 2 and the Fiend Folio as well. can't resist all the cool pictures--they take me back to the formative gaming experience i had coloring in all my 1e books as a gradeschooler.
have considered Creature Collection II, but the cavalier use of the rules in the first one has so far kept me away. some wonderful artwork though, and in black and white...maybe i'll dig out my crayons.
