I trimmed down my list as much as possible and here's what came out as 'must haves':
- PHB2
- XPH
- MM3
- FF
- UA
- MotP
- ECS
- Five Nations
- Sharn
- FRCS
- Tome of Magic
- Draco
- Libris Mortis
- Lords of Madness
- Complete Adventurer
- Complete Arcane

If you wanted to cut it down even more... I'd easily cut out the two Complete Books and the Monster Manual III.

My answers are kinda skewed because of what all is on d20srd.org. Without that site I'd have to keep UA, but since all of it (with the exception of a couple of bloodlines) is OGC, there's not a whole lote of reason to keep the book. The most important parts of MotP are D&Dg are posted as well, so those two aren't exactly critical.

I'd keep the ELH (just as an art book), of course the XPH, and the excellent PHB2. Draconomicon for art, if nothing else (and there's a ton of "else" there), Libris Mortis and Lords of Madness for more creature insanity.

I actually like all four of the Complete books, even Divine. (I don't count Psionic, really. Two PrCs I sort of like isn't worth keeping a book for.) Tome of Magic and the Spell Compendium are both keepers in my book, but as far as Eberron and FR books go, well, I'll keep the FRCS and the Player's Guide to Faerun, but all Eberron has going for it in my eyes are the warforged and artificers. Beyond that, meh.

Interesting that Unearthed Arcana scored so high

never understood why they don't publish more volumes of this book, EU2, EU3, etc

Wha? EU2? EU3???

How do you go from UA to EU?

Darned good poll. This is what polls should be.

That aside, most of my votes are well represented. But....The DMGII and PHB II got a lot of votes I wouldn't have cast, at least not just yet. And the Races books are under-represented in the choices. Wild and Dragon I voted for, and would have added Stone. MoP love is justified, as is Draconomicon. The parcity of votes for the Spell Compendium confuses me.

UA was the first book I clicked. I would have clicked it ten times if that was an option.
