Which product has the best Witch?

Can't we all just get along

Woah, I didn't want to start a religious debate- mainly because they are pointless (has debate ever changed someone's view on a religion?) but also because they aren't allowed here. While I think some people are taking offense where none was ever intended (or even perceivable from my reading- and I'm saying this as a Wiccan myself :) ), regardless this is no place to argue about it.

So back to my original question- Which witch is the witchiest witch? (Purely from a roleplaying, fantasy game perspective. ;) ) To recap, the ones out there are...
- Citizen Game's Way of the Witch
- Green Ronin's Witches Handbook
- Arcana Unearthed's witch
- Mongoose Publishing's The Quintessential Witch
- The Hamlet of Thumble
- AEG's Swashbuckling Adventures

So far the Hamlet of Thumble one sounds the most interesting to me. The druidic aspects and craft charm bits, as well as some of the new spells sound like what I was thinking of. (And from the reviews it sounds chock full of good crunchy bits) But since the one shelf "gaming section" of the base bookstore doesn't even know that companies other than WotC exist, it looks like I'll have to wait till christmas when I get reassigned back to the States to check it out for myself. Oh well, such is life in the military. Thanks for the info everyone. At least now I have a good list of products to check out when I get back to the real world.

Now everybody stop fighting and have a nice group hug!
Blessed be!

Wasn't the FanCC going to put out the Netbook of Witches? I mean, Web Warlock was working on that thing back when I was in that which was right after 3.0 came out. Might be worth checking out. He was putting tons of work into that, IIRC.

Don't know if it ever got finished or not, though.

I actually just checked the FanCC sites, and the netbook of witches hasn't been updated in forever. Too bad, that was the best treatment of witches I've seen. I think the Green Ronin book is very good, but I haven't seen the Mongoose book.

The FanCC Netbook of Witches and Warlocks is STILL being worked on. Yes it will come out eventually!

The first release was a kinda of preview and was full of editing errors and lots of work still needed to be done in certain areas. The current release will be the official one when it is complete.

Currently the team is, slowly, working through all the content and making sure it is compliant and we haven't missed anything. (Do you know what it is like when you have 5+ people all working on the same sections and each adding their own input & then unable to find who said what and what fits and doesn't?)

We really wanted to get this out before the slew of official d20 publishers got their products out, but real life with no deadlines imposed.
