Polymorph Any Object.

Day one, Self to Lizardfolk. (Same Kingdom, same size, same or lower intelligence, duration = permanant)

Day two, scaly new reptilian subtype self to Wyrmling Gold Dragon. (Same Kingdom, same size, same class, duration = permanant)

Day three, Wyrmling to older Gold Dragon. (Same Kingdom, same class, related, duration = permanant)

As Great Wyrm Gold Dragon, live a long, long, long life, breathe fire at those who annoy me, and use Polymorph Any Object 1/day to create endless amounts of any mundane stuff I want (or turn friends into disguisable super-powered critters, such as Dopplegangers or Ogre Magi (just nothing nearly as cool as a Gold Dragon! Back off, there can be only one!)).

Feeling Neutral Good today? Go somewhere where people lack basic goods, like nutritious food, clean water, anti-malarial drugs, etc. and make lots. Feeling Chaotic Evil? Turn Donald Trump's house into an enormous pile of turnips.

Miracle. Replicate most other spells without an XP penalty, and save very large numbers of lives by preventing natural disasters. Of course, to prevent myself from running out of the XP that allows me save millions of lives, I would have to occasionally kill my neighbors and take there stuff. Its all for the greater good.

I'm presuming the DM wouldn't be kind enough to let me have Miracle or Wish, so I'd just ask for Greater Teleport.

Either that, or Programmed Amnesia from the Spell Compendium. Gain full access to any person's thoughts and beliefs, as well as the ability to rewrite them to my own liking at will? Sold! Who needs to steal that bank vault of money when I can make the bank employees 'remember' that I'm the actual owner of it? :D
