I heard about that too. Wasn't Number Six to be played by either Harrison Ford or Mel Gibson?

One thing to keep in mind, is that in Hollywood any property (char,series,etc..) of any conceivable commercial interest (and many that aren't) no matter how obscure is ALWAYS optioned to make a movie/tv/Direct to Video/whatever by SOMEONE.

Be doubtful about any such rumors, especially if you hear about several different actors being "considered" for a role. That generally seems to mean that they haven't been able to get someone to commit to the roll, particularly if they are big name actors.

It's like film scripts. There is a film script of essentially anything you can think of involving anything and everything. I have a sneaking suspicion that having a movie script is a condition of residence in LA.

Unless something is actually in production, nothing you hear is of any real significance and even then take it with a grain of salt.

From what I've heard from a friend trying to get into the buisness out there, most of the movie industry consists of people trying to get movies made, not the actual production of them.

I finally found the time to visit the local store and buy the Megaset.

The only version the store had in stock was the "fan-preferred viewing order" one. Though I have yet to view the DVD's (I'll try to rectify that at the end of this week), the "Episode Order Debate:" explanations on the back of each DVD case makes me feel better about getting this version of the Megaset, as some of the episodes were indeed originally broadcast out of order and such. :)

Be seeing you!
We have the A&E set with the "original order" but it also included the Episode Order Debate info on the back of each case. So either way, you have what you need to watch it in whichever order you choose.

Be seeing you!
