As titled. Which word in Science Fiction Role-playing Game do you place the most emphasis on? Is it Science, or Fiction, or Role-playing, or Game?
MoogleEmpMog First Post Jun 15, 2005 #4 Game, then Fiction. Science is pretty much out the window; nobody I know will play a hard sci-fi game. Role is important, but most of my players are more interested in tactical challenges and interesting stories than in deeply developing their characters.

We'd naturally be playing a game, it would of course be fiction, and we'd all be playing roles. So science is the only thing in that equation that requires special emphasis.
