I see no reason why WW Attack can't be used with touch spells, but it must be a multi-use touch spell.
As another example, the Duskblade class in the PHB2 gets the special ability to have a single touch spell affect each person they hit in a round - and while abilities have been useless before, I'm using this as another example that it generally doesn't work that way. They get that at 13th level, which doesn't leave a lot of room for Slay Living.
