White Wolf alleges that Underworld characters, theme and setting are based on White Wolf's award winning games Vampire: The Masquerade and Werewolf: The Apocalypse, both set in White Wolf's fictional World of Darkness. Further to this, Collins alleges that Underworld's script is based on her 1994 story 'Love of Monsters', published by White Wolf and also set in the World of Darkness.

I personally think this lawsuit is going to go nowhere. WW just put up a press release yesterday that was spun to sound favorable to them but ultimately I think the courts will find in Sony's favor.

We dont have a thread about the planned sequel.

Although the first movie's lawsuit is still running, it's funny that they already plan a sequel (that will get sued too).
