I am really disappointed by the meek and whimps who voted. 36% for a guy for invented a sort of electric scooter, and less than 3% for everyone else. So people enthusist for a sort of scooter (okay useful, but boring at the same time) . What an ambition for our future! What an imagination! As any person worth its salt and with ambition, I voted for a guy who promotes settlement of Mars! Dudes is the 21st century a world of people who use scooters to go to work, or a world where man has terraformed Mars?! **RollEyes**

I was disappointed myself. It is part of the reason I decided to post the link here. I KNOW that the people that visit ENWorld have a good imagination.

I was surprised Dean Kamen was so far ahead. I think it's because people have heard of him. I think his vision is compelling (if you read further), but I don't think it's super-duper. I haven't read any of the others.

Besides, as a business venture, the SEGWAY human transport was basically a flop. It sold abysmally.
