I'm waiting to see exactly what form it takes, what kind of rights management it incorporates, etc. We do not use computers at the gaming table..if we want to play video games, we'll pla video games. AT BEST right now, it looks like I get saddled with the cost of printing and binding it myself, if there are things I really want to have and keep. There's no way to judge right now, but for me to give it serious thought it will have to be VERY good. And in ALL cases, I prefer the printed page to a computer screen for actual reading if it's longer than a couple short paragraphs.

None of the poll answers really fit for me.

When it hits, I will evaluate the DI, and subscribe or not depending on what I see there (likely not).

Sounds like undecided to me. Frankly, there isn't enough (any) information out yet about what the DI will provide other than a replacement for Dungeon & Dragon magazines to make a decision based on that content.

hyperlinked rules (like a d20srd.org but with "everything" instead of just the open content)

This alone I'd be willing to pay for. Sort of like a mega-online spell/feat/item compendium. I get so much use out of d20srd.org, and something like that including all WotC content would be incredibly useful to me.

The demise of Dungeons and Dragons print magazines??? See what happens when you go away for a few days? Anyway, I never subscribe to e-magazines or buy e-books, because I can't read 'em while laying on my couch with my right hand dangling over the snack bag. When someone comes up with a projection monitor that projects on my ceiling then maybe...

How can I be interested in something that we know nothing about? Has something actually been presented that tells anything about it? I mean really, how can you make an informed decision without information?

Wow...taking a look at the results of this poll, for WotC's sake I hope ENWorld does not provide anything resembling a realistic sample of D&D players. If it does, then this bodes very poorly for WotC's desire to profit from online content. I mean, such a small fraction of voters are even interested in TRYING it.

I am certain that EN World does not provide a realistic sample of D&D players. On the other hand, it most certainly does provide a realistic sample of dedicated D&D players who are willing to peruse online resources, purchase electronic products, and keep informed about the game. Which, incidentally, looks to me to be the target demographic for the DI.
