Who is that Shackled City iconic?

So my wife decides to play a half-fey warlock. I get the final issue of Dragon, and lo and behold, there's this butch, blonde, dangerous-looking chick with dragonfly wings in black leather in the back. I show it to her, and she agrees, "that's her all right".

Then we notice that this same character shows up in about half of the Dragon magazine articles supporting the Shackled City path. We look online, but all we can find of her is the cover of one issue of Dungeon that clearly shows her as well.

Does anyone reading this (hi Paizo people!) know if this character has a name or any other supporting details? Or is she just a random sketch that people decided to reuse?

This thread intrigued me, since we hadn't invented any Dungeon iconcs until Age of Worms, well after Shackled City wrapped up. :)

So I assume you're actually talking about the wizard iconic with the quasit familiar from Savage Tide. She was featured on the cover of Dungeon #145, as well as throughout the Savage Tide adventure path and the Savage Tidings articles in Dragon. Like most of the iconic adventurers we used for Dungeon, though, she doesn't have a name or stats or anything like that. She's primarily for the artists to use as a model for illustrating "PC wizards" and to help give Dungeon a personality.

However, that doesn't mean that seeds of her personality didn't creep in there over the 12 months I was ordering art for her during Dungeon #139 through #150. She's kind of an impulsive wizard who doesn't necessarily make the healthiest life decisions and doesn't think plans through before acting on them. She's chaotic neutral and really likes blowing stuff up; she's probably specialized in evocation or conjuration, and certainly has the Improved Familiar feat for her quasit minion.
