What are you, kidding? Vecna became one of the most powerful wizards ever, before becoming a lich. He ruled a kingdom. His limbs have magic of their own. He went from mortal to undead to demigod to true god.

Venger couldn't kill a couple of whining kids with some neat toys.

If I had to fight one of them? Venger all the way. I'd just sit back and watch as either A) his convoluted plans fell apart around him on their own, or B) someone else showed up to kick his ass. :)

Indeed. Someone should do a cartoon edition of Celebrity Deathmatch and pit Venger against Cobra Commander for the title of Most Ineffective Evil Mastermind.

I vote Vecna because if Venger shows up it means things have gone seriously, seriously wrong and I'll have to start looking for a new campaign ASAP.

Plus, you can't do anything cool with Venger's extremities after you kill him. Actually, if there is an artifact you could make with his body parts, I'd rather not know about it.

Venger. When did he ever kill anybody?

Not exactly kill, but how many people did he entomb in ice or keep in his other prisons? Didn't he create that maze that caused people to go loopy and kill eat other?

I voted for Vecna. However, I turned Vecna into a demilich long haul trucker in the United States (Dragon Earth version). I also made him instrumental in the destruction of The Lich King (TLK hated other liches, and they reciprocated), which made Vecna something of a hero.

Technically speaking he's still evil, but these days he's more apt to be an adventuring group's contact or even patron.

BTW, he's also an egotistical bastard, which means he's probably the most reliable freelance trucker in the business. It needs to get cross country by a certain time, it will get there by a certain time. :D

I voted Vecna, because at least I could look him in his one good eye without laughing.

If I had to fight Venger, I'd have trouble keeping a straight face, thinking about that annoying unicorn and wondering where the other horn on Venger's head went off too and why he let himself get punked by a bunch of kids whoo's magical items apparently ran on batteries and...

I'd be doubled over laughing and he'd just 5 up on me and do a full round CDG.

Venger

A friend of mine actually statted out all of the D&D cartoon characters based on their actions and abilities presented in the series. If you remove the cheesiness factor, Venger is a tough challenge for a party of 12th level characters - nowhere near Vecna's league (give a hand where it's due, and keep your eye on this guy), but a serious thorn in the side.

(By the way, the kids all had minor artifacts to help them out - he didn't even bother to stat out Uni (the unicorn) or the Dungeon Master).

Venger, he has this badass aura I dig... like he's only evil when his mum lets him out of the house.

Vecna's such a wuss... only deaths he causes now days are from low WIS parties cutting off their heads and putting on "his"

Can't vote. I know I used to watch the cartoon (though I didn't know it was a based on a game then) but I recall none of it. Somehow I doubt it will be released on DVD.
