Me too, although I couldn't have put it half as well.

Some of the recent battle scenes are a bit too complicated for my taste - they look like Rich actually made an effort, instead of the apparently effortless panels I love so much (I know they aren't actually effortless!)

You mean you felt he overworked them? effort is a strange thing. Not enough of it, and you have crap, too much effort or over working, and it looses its energy. However i thought that would only apply to drawling with pencils ink and paper. Who knew that stuff vectors could have that quality too?
