Why I am not going to watch Game of Thrones

Gosh the OP sure stirred up a hornets' nest over at RPG.net, and he did it all for blog pimping to "test traffic?" Not sure I understand that thought process but I am jaded and clunky upstairs.

But back off topic, I am not going to watch A Game of Thrones because I am at work right now and would probably get in trouble for doing so. But when I get home? Gee wiz who knows what might happen?

I'm not watching it because...I don't have HBO or any other subscription movie channels. (Its also why I no longer watch Dexter.)

I caught it last night finally on DVR. I haven't read the books (if there are any), but I found it enjoyable. So far it's been mildly interesting, but i'll be the first to admit, it was the breats that hooked me. :p

The down side is the wife and I have to watch it after rugrat goes to bed.

It sort of boggles my mind that in an age of PVRs and internet streaming (and even piracy/copyright infringement), people are not willing to watch a weekly tv show because of scheduling concerns.

Actually, to go off-topic a bit, it seems like these days no one is willing to schedule any of their activities. It's like you have to leave your time free, just in case something more interesting comes up before your scheduled activity.
