Not only do I like what they help get published, such as Wild Talents , Starblazer, Qin, Doctor Who, and others, but I also like their customer service.
I recently ordered the Wild Talents 2E book, and was supposed to get a free PDF with my order. After about 18 hours I contacted Cubicle 7 about not getting the PDF. I got a response telling me how Arc Dream had to send me the coupon code for RPGNow, and that he had forwarded my e-mail to them.
Well, this kept going from this past Saturday to about 15 minutes ago, but Cubicle 7 stuck with me, kept bugging Arc Dream for me, and I finally got my PDF.
So not only do these people pick cool RPG's to publish, but they also know good customer service.
